Knowva is an online tutoring platform where parents or legal guardians can book and manage tutoring sessions for their children.
Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and ensuring that all provided information is accurate and up to date.
All actions within the platform, including booking sessions and selecting tutors, are performed by parents or legal guardians. Children do not independently control accounts.
Parents or guardians are responsible for choosing tutors for their child based on available tutor profiles and preferences within the platform.
Tutoring sessions are conducted online and face to face. Knowva facilitates connections between users and tutors but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
Payments made through the platform are required to confirm tutoring session bookings.
Once a booking is confirmed, users are expected to follow the agreed schedule.
Rescheduling is allowed but must be requested at least 24 hours before the session and is subject to tutor approval and availability.
Failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in the session being marked as used.
Knowva facilitates booking and coordination between users and tutors but does not directly manage session delivery.
Knowva is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or service-related issues between tutors and users. The platform does not guarantee specific academic outcomes and only facilitates booking and communication.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes.
